She graduated from the 9 Eylül University, Department of Business Administration (English Program). She held managerial positions in the banking sector for many years, gaining experience in various fields of banking. In 2009, she joined IBM Global Services as a Strategy and Management Consultant. In 2014, she led transformation projects in operational efficiency and financial services.

Since 2016, she has been serving as the Founding General Coordinator of the Teachers’ Network under the Education Reform Initiative (ERG) at Sabancı University. As of February 2024, she continues her role as the Director of ERG.

After supporting the planning phase of the Teacher Network Project voluntarily, Buket opened a new page in her life by taking charge of the Teachers Network Project as the Project Coordinator in order to contribute to the organization that excites her and allow the opportunities that the world of education would bring to her.

The most enjoyable moments for Buket are those when she gets lost between the shelves of the bookstores. Her greatest dream is to see her daydreams which fills her notebooks as a book on the shelves one day.
